How can we serve YOU better?

We are coming up on our 32nd anniversary of distributing what we hope is the best selection of photo packaging products in the industry, with over 10,000 products offered to our customers. I am not concerned with the fact that we offer more products than any of our competitors; however, I am concerned that we have the right products to meet the changing needs of our market. Equally important to me is service. Products alone are not enough if you cannot provide world class service – service that includes quick delivery, dependability, expert advice, friendly and accommodating sales people, great fulfillment support, and to top it off, 32 years of experience. As an employee-owned company, it is imperative that we stand out among the competition because our future and livelihood depend on it. We have "skin in the game" to put it mildly. At Albums Inc., we work as a team to serve your photographic needs to the very best of our ability because we care about our customers. Without you we are nothing!

The point of this blog is to hear back from you about what might be missing from our product and/or our service offerings. I am always surprised when I talk to our sales folks to hear that some of our customers are not aware of all the products in our catalog. For example, photographers I have talked to at trade shows are not aware we offer custom framing and matting, or that we have software solutions for our custom albums. I understand that the catalog can be overwhelming, but we do try to highlight key products from time to time.
